  My daughter wanted Brunch here for her 21st birthday after one of her friends recommended it.
  My daughter tried calling the restaurant several times to book the table and in the end had to go there in person to book it.
  Service was very slow, and it was not particularly busy in the restaurant.
  Dough bread served with the meals was hard to cut, the food was cold and this point was made by all 7 of us that went.
  We took a birthday cake with us, and was charged a £7 "cakeage fee", not at all happy with this after spending £84 and we refused to pay it, as we were not informed of this charge up front when we handed the cake to the staff when we arrived.
  When we confronted the manager/owner all he wanted to do was argue why he should charge the fee, and the costs of running a business, which made the situation worse by doing that, (extremely bad customer service skills)
  Would not recommend Nonna's to anyone!!! worst restaurant I have visited for years.
